Please don’t email us health data
We do not process diagnoses, prescriptions, photos of yourself, or medical reports over email. Describe your question briefly in your own words — that’s enough for us to help. It keeps your request minimal and traceable.

My scan says “not in the database”
Our database grows but isn’t complete. If a product is
missing, you can type its name directly in the app — we may have
it under another barcode. If not, write to
editorial@pregnancylens.com and we’ll check
whether we can add it.
A rating doesn’t look right
Write to us with a brief note on your source (e.g. an Embryotox entry, a package leaflet, or a study). The editorial address routes to our Medical Advisory Board. Substantiated corrections appear as a new dated rating — the prior one remains traceably linked.
I want to delete my account and data
In the app: Settings → Privacy → Delete account. Deletion cascades
across all our systems; everything is removed within 72 hours.
You’ll see a status note in the app. If something
doesn’t work, email privacy@pregnancylens.com.
I hit an error or crash
Apple and Google collect crash reports anonymously at the platform level — we ship no third-party crash SDKs. If you saw an error, send us a short note: device (iPhone or Android), app version (Settings → About), and what you were doing just before. That’s enough for us to track it down.
Emergencies
Pregnancy Lens is not an emergency service. For acute symptoms, suspected poisoning, or sudden deterioration: 112 or your nearest emergency department. In Germany, the on-call medical service is 116 117; in Austria, the health hotline is 1450.
